**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized academic and career counseling to students based on their interests, strengths, and academic goals.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate courses, majors, and academic programs.
- Help students set realistic academic goals and create plans to achieve them.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide timely advice or interventions as needed.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and informational sessions on topics like career planning, study strategies, and time management.
- Collaborate with faculty, administration, and other departments to support student success and ensure they are meeting academic requirements.
- Stay updated on educational trends, curriculum changes, and academic programs to offer accurate and current advice.
- Assist students in developing essential life skills, including decision-making, problem-solving, and self-management.
- Provide support for students dealing with academic challenges or personal issues affecting their performance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience 1-2 years as an academic counselor or in a similar educational guidance role.
- Knowledge of educational systems, university admissions, and academic advising.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds and provide empathetic guidance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate students towards achieving their academic and career goals.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with academic software and student management systems.
- Familiarity with different academic disciplines and career paths.
- Ability to manage group workshops and deliver presentations.

Age limit : 20 to 30

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
