**Responsibilities**:
- Provide expert guidance to clients on various home loan products and services offered by the company.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to expedite the loan approval process.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments of clients to determine loan eligibility and affordability.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and changes in lending policies to provide clients with the most relevant information.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in mortgage lending, home loan processing, or a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of home loan products, interest rates, and lending criteria.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable loan options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid license or certification as required by regulatory authorities.
