Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their loan needs.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with prospective clients to understand their financial requirements and present tailored loan solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on loan products and services.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and marketing, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, loan products, and regulatory requirements to provide informed recommendations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant lending regulations and company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Loans Officer, or similar role in the financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of loan products, including personal, business, and mortgage loans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
