**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced **Loan Executive** to engage with **factory owners and business owners**, understand their **working capital requirements**, and provide them with the right financial solutions. The role requires **strong sales, client relationship management, and financial acumen** to drive loan acquisitions and disbursements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Outreach**: Proactively connect with **factory owners, manufacturers, and business owners** to assess their working capital needs.
- **Lead Generation & Sales**: Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Financial Consultation**: Educate clients on various loan options, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- **Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for loan acquisition and disbursement.
- **Market Intelligence**: Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in SME lending.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum 1-3 years** in loan sales, working capital finance, SME lending, or related fields.
- **Sales & Negotiation**: Proven ability to **sell financial products**, handle objections, and close deals.
- **Banking & Financial Knowledge**: Strong understanding of **working capital loans, overdraft facilities, invoice financing, and other business loan products**.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **[Mention Local Languages & English]**.
- **Self-Motivated & Target-Driven**: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales goals.
