## **Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales of **personal loans** and **business loans**.
- Engage and manage client relationships to understand their financial needs and provide suitable loan products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide after-sales support, answering customer queries and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and NBFC regulations affecting loan products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all loan sales activities.
## **Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Graduate** degree in any discipline (preferably in finance, commerce, or related fields).
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in loan sales, specifically **personal and business loans**.
- Strong knowledge of **NBFC loan products** and **regulatory requirements**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients efficiently.
## **Experience Requirements**:

- At least **1 year of experience** in **personal and business loan sales**, preferably with a background in an NBFC.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding loan sales targets.
- Experience in handling a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors.
