- Are you a stickler for detail? Are you curious about how processes work, front to back, and why a task is important? Do you know how to maintain independence and objectivity?

We're looking for a compliance specialist to:

- Work collaboratively with your Pune and UK based team to ensure tasks are undertaken in a timely manner
- Learn and understand the end to end process, understand the risk and why it is important, so you are able to identify concerns and raise challenges where something does not look right
- Partner with other control functions and employees in executing responsibilities
- Be flexible to help in the wider team and take on tasks where work demand requires it.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Compliance & Operational Risk Control, Regulatory Management Office in India, supporting the UK Licensing & Registration team in London for all UK based employees.

We manage a key operational process in ensuing employees are assessed as fit and proper, and Certified to perform their roles, are registered to enable them to trade on an Exchange and record material risk takers.
