**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare baked goods including cakes, icings, fondant work, entremet, petit four, and modern French patisserie.
- Deliver both practical and theory classes to students.
- Mentor and guide students, helping them perfect their skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure health and safety standards are met in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance and update the curriculum based on industry trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a pastry chef.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working in a reputed property.
- Strong proficiency in a variety of baking techniques.
- Excellent command over English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for teaching.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹44,965.77 per month
