**What We'll Bring**:

- Define and document standard operating principles and maintenance procedures.
- Identify operational process gaps and contribute to their resolution.
- Provide input into the technical architecture and technology roadmap.
- Produce and maintain operational technical documentation.
- Independently analyze and solve complex problems where a precedent may not exist.
- Assist developers with complex monitoring refinements.
- Provide technical consultancy and knowledge support to the wider business.
- Manage external third-party relationships as and when required.
- May also include travel to other TransUnion sites and unsociable hours up to and not limited to 24/7 and on call support.
- Experience of using monitoring, observability and troubleshooting tools including but not limited to Nagios, Splunk, What’s Up Gold, SCOM, Prometheus, Grafana and Open Telemetry.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Experience of scripting technologies including PowerShell.
- Experience of Disaster Recovery methods and processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify root cause and permanent resolution.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to identify and manage risks within line of business.
- Ability to assess change requirements and implement in accordance with a change management process.
- Excellent documentation, interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Hands on experience using ITSM ticketing and workflow systems.
- An understanding of the ITIL framework.
- Experience of providing technical support within the financial services industry.

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Experience in working on cloud environments like AWS & Azure will be an added advantage.
- Experience in providing technical support within the Financial services industry
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- Experience in providing technical support within the Financial services industry
- Knowledge on Kubernetes and Harness will be an added advantage.
- Experience in providing technical support within the Financial services industry
- Certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS SysOps will be an added advantage.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
