**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.
- Explain and promote products/services clearly and effectively.
- Follow up on leads and close sales to meet targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in (Tamil and English).
- Strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.).
