**Job Title: Recruiter - US Taxation (CA/CPA Hiring)**

**Location**: Hyderabad
**Function**: Talent Acquisition (Client-Dedicated)
**Reports To**: TA Lead - Zinnov

As part of our **Talent Solutions practice**, we are hiring a **Recruiter / Senior Recruiter** to support one of our marquee clients - a leading multinational in the **Finance & Taxation** domain. You will play a key role in building their India-based team supporting **US Taxation** processes by hiring top-tier **CA and CPA talent**.

**Your Role at Zinnov**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead strategic hiring for mid-to-senior level finance/tax professionals.
- Own hiring plans in partnership with client-side TA and business stakeholders.
- Engage niche talent pools (e.g., Big 4 alumni, CPA-qualified professionals).
- Provide market intelligence and compensation insights.
- Mentor junior recruiters, if applicable, on the engagement.

**What You Bring**:

- 5-8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with expertise in **finance/taxation hiring**.
- Prior exposure to **US Tax roles** (e.g., 1040, 1065, 1120) and/or international client engagements.
- Experience hiring for Big 4, shared services, or global capability centers preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and data-driven approach to recruiting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
