Back Office Coordinator

**Draft and Manage Documentation**: Prepare, review, and maintain Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- **Inventory Oversight**: Monitor and manage property inventory records, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure up-to-date listings and availability.
- **Excel Proficiency**: Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining databases related to sales, inventory, and client information.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- **Data Entry and Management**: Accurately input and update information in company databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Coordination with Legal Teams**: Work closely with legal departments to ensure all agreements and documents meet regulatory standards and are filed appropriately.
- **Communication Liaison**: Act as a point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth information flow.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Ensure all back-office operations adhere to company policies and legal requirements, conducting regular audits as necessary.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement improvements to streamline back-office functions.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on inventory status, agreement progress, and other key metrics to assist management in decision-making.
