Pikme - OTA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven **South Zone Sales Executive - B2B Travel** to expand our corporate client base and promote our travel services across the Southern region of India. This role focuses on developing corporate partnerships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional travel solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and target corporate clients within the South Zone for travel solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote MICE and corporate travel products.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic corporate tie-ups.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for all travel-related requirements and inquiries.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.

**3. Travel Solutions Promotion**:

- Showcase and sell Pikme - OTA’s portfolio of services, including flight ticketing and MICE packages.
- Tailor travel solutions to meet the unique needs of each corporate client.
- Stay informed about industry trends to offer competitive solutions.

**4. Field Sales**:

- Conduct on-site visits to client offices and events throughout the Southern region.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads.

**5. Reporting and Analysis**
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including performance metrics and forecasts.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated success in selling MICE and corporate travel services.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
- In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including flight ticketing and MICE.

**Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam) is an advantage.

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel extensively within South India.
- Established network in the corporate sector is a plus.
