We're seeking a talented Facebook Ads Expert to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, launching, and managing high-performing Facebook ad campaigns that achieve our clients' marketing objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute data-driven Facebook advertising strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.
- Conduct in-depth audience research to identify ideal customer profiles and craft targeted messaging.
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns across various ad formats (images, videos, carousels, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and analytics tools.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and make adjustments to optimize campaign performance (A/B testing, budget allocation, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad copy and visuals resonate with target audiences.
- Generate clear and concise reports to communicate campaign performance and ROI to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Facebook advertising features, best practices, and industry trends.
