Legends Academy is a leading institution offering specialized training programs for healthcare professionals. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are looking to start their career in customer service and sales. Freshers are welcome to apply

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about the academy’s programs and courses.
- Assist in lead generation, follow-up calls, and converting leads into enrollments.
- Answer inbound calls and address queries regarding training programs, schedules, and other related services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and guiding prospective students through the admission process.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet targets and promote new courses.
- Assist in scheduling appointments for prospective students to visit the academy or meet with consultants.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team.

**Requirements**:

- Completed Degree (any discipline).
- Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam (both verbal and written).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
