**Key Responsibilities:Clinical Care**
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients as per doctor's instructions and nursing protocols.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition regularly and report abnormalities.
- Assist in patient assessments, care planning, and documentation.

**Patient Handling**
- Ensure hygiene, comfort, and safety of patients.
- Assist in procedures, dressing, catheterization, and patient mobilization.
- Handle emergency situations (code blue, CPR) with appropriate response.

**Documentation**
- Maintain accurate and timely records in patient files and nursing notes.
- Update reports in the Hospital Information System (HIS) or manual records.
- Record intake/output, medication logs, and nursing observations.

**Coordination**
- Coordinate with doctors, lab, radiology, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Assist during rounds and communicate updates to patient attendants.

**Compliance and Safety**
- Follow infection control, biomedical waste disposal, and hand hygiene protocols.
- Comply with NABH standards, hospital policies, and legal guidelines.
- Ensure safety of equipment, report malfunction, and check crash cart readiness.

**Patient Education & Support**
- Counsel patients and family members regarding care, procedures, and discharge instructions.
- Provide emotional support and maintain a compassionate approach to care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
