**Job Title: Staff Nurse - IVF**

**Location**: Tieten Medicity, Kasarvadavli

**Job Summary**:
The Staff Nurse - IVF is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments. This includes assisting in procedures, patient education, and supporting the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Provide personalized care to patients undergoing IVF treatment.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and manage their care before, during, and after procedures.
- Assist with the administration of medications as prescribed by physicians.
- **Clinical Assistance**:

- Assist the fertility specialist during IVF procedures, including egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and other related procedures.
- Prepare and maintain sterile environments and ensure proper handling of specimens.
- **Patient Education and Support**:

- Educate patients and their families about IVF procedures, medications, and treatment plans.
- Offer emotional support and counseling to patients throughout their treatment journey.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, embryologists, and administrative staff.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with patients regarding their treatment schedules and instructions.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medication logs.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- **Quality Improvement**:

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in IVF nursing care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in IVF and fertility treatments through continuous education and training.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Nursing License (preferred)
