**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Staff Nurses with GNM or BSc Nursing qualifications to join our team. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in both ward and ICU settings. This role requires individuals with strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and other nursing interventions, according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' conditions, identifying any changes or deterioration and taking appropriate action.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during challenging times.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license or registration with the state nursing board.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Experience in both ward and ICU nursing highly preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
