We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented **Production Worker** to join our dynamic team at midhills facility. This role plays a crucial part in the production of high-quality pine and pine derivatives by operating and maintaining equipment, overseeing processes, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. You will be a vital member of a team dedicated to sustainable and efficient production in a beautiful midhills setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Production Operations**:

- Operate and maintain production equipment in the pine and pine derivatives plant, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor process parameters and make adjustments as needed to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the preparation and loading of raw materials and finished products.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Prioritize adherence to all safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and maintain a safe work environment.
- Participate in safety training and implement safe work practices.
- **Teamwork and Communication**:

- Collaborate effectively with other production workers, supervisors, and other departments to ensure efficient production flow.
- Communicate effectively and promptly any issues or concerns that may arise during production.
- Be a team player and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc., M.Sc., or Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field) preferred.
- Freshers or experienced individuals with knowledge of production processes and equipment operation welcome.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move moderate weights.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills preferred.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
