**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Operations**:

- Operate and monitor chemical manufacturing equipment such as reactors, mixers, and separators.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the efficient production of chemicals.
- Measure, mix, and process raw materials according to production specifications.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Handle chemicals in accordance with safety data sheets (SDS) and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards, leaks, or malfunctions in equipment.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of manufacturing equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- **Environmental Compliance**:

- Follow environmental regulations related to waste disposal, emissions, and chemical handling.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of hazardous materials.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to meet production targets.
- Participate in team meetings to review production schedules and address challenges.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Typically no formal education required; basic literacy may be preferred.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring work is accurate and meets quality standards.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively with other workers and supervisors.
- **Work Environment**:

- Exposure to chemicals, fumes, and high temperatures; adherence to strict safety measures is essential.
- Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
