Corrugation Foreman – Offset Printing

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of corrugation and offset printing units ensuring optimal machine performance and output quality Coordinate with production planning teams to meet job timelines and minimize downtime Monitor raw material usage wastage control and inventory levels for corrugation and printing sections Ensure adherence to quality standards across flute lamination die-cutting and printing processes Train and guide machine operators and helpers on SOPs safety protocols and productivity benchmarks Conduct routine maintenance checks and escalate technical issues to engineering teams Collaborate with QC and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of defect-free products Maintain detailed shift reports production logs and downtime records Required Skills Competencies Strong technical knowledge of offset printing machines corrugators slotters folder-gluers and die-cutters Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-shift operations Familiarity with ISO standards 5S and lean manufacturing practices Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance Basic proficiency in MS Excel production software or ERP systems Qualifications Diploma or ITI in Printing Technology Mechanical Packaging preferred Minimum 7 years of experience in corrugated box manufacturing with offset printing integration Employment Type Full-time Compensation Competitive salary PF ESI performance incentives Shift General or rotational depending on plant schedule Samir Kumar MBA Placenest Services Private Limited With 10 years exp In Talent Acquisition Mb 9317955459Web- https www placenestservices com Job Type Full-time Pay 21 142 10 - 91 878 90 per month Work Location In person
