Technical Sales Service Executive Company KD Ink Manufacturing Company Location Hybrid Gondia Work from Home Industry Printing Inks - Web Offset News Paper Ink Manufacturing Job Type Full-time Hybrid Experience Required 2 years preferred in printing ink industry Age Requirement 25 years and above About the Company KD Ink is a trusted PAN India printing ink manufacturer with over 30 years of experience known for high-quality and cost-effective Web Offset inks We pride ourselves on consistent performance timely delivery and strong client support Our commitment to quality and innovation drives long-term partnerships in the printing industry Job Summary We are hiring a Technical Sales Service Executive who will play a key role in building customer relationships and providing technical support related to our Web Offset Ink products This position offers a hybrid work model - work from home combined with regular visits to Gondia and client sites as needed Key Responsibilities Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers Provide technical support for ink application and printing press issues on-site remote Conduct ink trials and assist clients with troubleshooting and optimization Coordinate with the manufacturing and R D teams to fulfill client requirements Maintain documentation of trials service reports and customer feedback Travel as required for customer visits press trials and on-site problem-solving Support client onboarding and post-sales relationship management Represent KD Ink in trade shows seminars and client meetings Requirements Degree Diploma in Printing Technology Chemistry or a related field 2 years of experience in technical sales or printing ink service Web Offset preferred Solid understanding of offset printing and ink performance Good communication and relationship management skills Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup Must be based in or able to travel to Gondia and surrounding areas regularly Familiarity with digital reporting tools is a plus What We Offer Hybrid work flexibility home field factory visits Competitive salary Reimbursement for travel and client service visits Supportive team and technical training Career growth opportunities in a niche manufacturing industry Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Application Question s Are you married Education Bachelor s Required Experience total work 2 years Required Language English Preferred Work Location In person
