Corrugation Foreman

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations of corrugation and offset printing units, ensuring optimal machine performance and output quality.
- Coordinate with production planning teams to meet job timelines and minimize downtime.
- Monitor raw material usage, wastage control, and inventory levels for corrugation and printing sections.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards across flute lamination, die-cutting, and printing processes.
- Train and guide machine operators and helpers on SOPs, safety protocols, and productivity benchmarks.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and escalate technical issues to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with QC and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of defect-free products.
- Maintain detailed shift reports, production logs, and downtime records.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong technical knowledge of **offset printing machines**, **corrugators**, **slotters**, **folder-gluers**, and **die-cutters**.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-shift operations.
- Familiarity with **ISO standards**, **5S**, and **lean manufacturing** practices.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Basic proficiency in **MS Excel**, **production software**, or **ERP systems**.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or ITI in Printing Technology / Mechanical / Packaging preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corrugated box manufacturing with offset printing integration.
