**Job Summary** : As a **Sales Coordinator** at **MY SOLAR**, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by coordinating with clients, managing sales documentation, and ensuring efficient communication across departments. **Office Hours** : Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

**Relevant Industry Experience** : 2+ Sales coordination experience in industries like **Solar, Electrical, or Manufacturing** is preferred.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (required)
- Diploma in Sales or Marketing (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools (required)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with clients and sales teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Process sales orders, track shipments, and manage invoicing.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and update records regularly.
- Address customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management on performance metrics.
- Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts.
- Monitor sales team performance and provide administrative support.
- Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
- Support the sales team in achieving their monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

**Reports Preparation and Management**:

- Sales Order Processing Report: Daily
- Customer Satisfaction Report: Weekly

- Sales Target Achievement Report: Quarterly

**Database Management**:

- Client Database: Maintain and update client records and contact information.
- Sales Order Management: Track sales orders, invoices, and delivery statuses.
- CRM Database: Manage records for leads, contacts, and sales opportunities.
- Sales Reports Archive: Store and manage sales performance metrics.
- Inventory Management: Track available products and inventory levels.
