Responsibilities
1 Effectively manage fulfillment govern fulfillment bench management and trainings for the DU associates for skill gaps
2 Plan Workforce reduce skill gaps to meet demand and effective deployment and utilization of DU associates
3 Collaborate with key leadership to understand growth plans for the business and corresponding recruiting demand
4 Coordinate with key stake holders Practice heads Delivery heads Resource Management and recruitment teams to maximize and timely fulfillment of resource demand with internal associates or thru external recruitment
5 Own Govern and Manage People Supply Chain for DU
6 Build positive and productive work environment for all stakeholders

Required Skills Competencies

1 Proven track record of analytical interpersonal leadership resource supply chain and project management skills
2 Excellent written and oral communication skills interpersonnel skills and ability to engage with senior management and CXO level stakeholders
3 Proactive efficient data driven and Consultative mindset to analyze demand need supply chain utilize current pool across diff practice unit
4 Develop expert knowledge of recruiting demands training and skills profiles
