1 Design and implement the architecture of enterprisewide generative AI systems including generative adversarial networks GANs Transformers variational autoencoders VAEs and other generative models
2 Collaborate with IT teams data scientists and business stakeholders to understand enterprise requirements and develop Generative AI solutions that meet these requirements
4 Oversee the development and implementation of generative AI modelsApplications to ensure they align with the designed architecture and enterprise standards
5 Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the architecture of generative AI systems ensuring mínimal disruption to enterprise operations
6 Develop and enforce best practices for generative AI architecture within the enterprise
7 Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members sharing your knowledge of generative AI architecture
8 Prepare and present reports on the performance and efficiency of the generative AI architecture to IT leadership and other stakeholders
9 Knowledge of Bigdata tools and computational analytics Data processing through SparkPyspark etc
10 Lead the strategic planning for the future of generative AI within the enterprise considering NFR factors such as scalability security performance Resiliency fault tolerance and business needs
11 Understand and consider the specific requirements and challenges of the insurance industry in all aspects of generative AI implementation
12 Augment the LLM with internal data using RAG adv RAG fine tuning model selection etc
14 Develop strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of generative AI systems
16 Oversee the development and implementation of data models databases data mining and other datarelated activities to ensure they align with the designed architecture and enterprise standards are preferable

**Requirements**:
1 A degree in Computer Science AI Machine Learning or a related field Advanced degrees preferred
2 Proven experience in designing the architecture of enterprisewide AI systems with a strong understanding of generative AI technologies
3 Strong programming skills particularly in languages commonly used in AI development such as Python
4 Familiarity with AI and machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras
5 Experience in software architecture frameworks like Microservices event based Ntier etc
6 Proficient in DevOps concepts Data security Data Privacy and compliance
5 Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively
6 Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to a variety of audiences
7 A passion for staying uptodate with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
8 Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Google Cloud or Azure and understanding of enterprise IT requirements
9 Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving common goals
10 Experience in the insurance industry with a deep understanding of its specific requirements and challenges
11 Experience in project management and agile methodologies would be advantageous
