QATM takes care of metallographic sample preparation and hardness testing and ERWEKA is our producer of pharmaceutical testing devices.. **Doing what is fun**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities
- Provide technical presentations and demonstrations of scientific instruments to potential customers
- Conduct installation, training, and after-sales service support
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis reports
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer queries and technical support requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation) or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics/Material Science
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales and service of analytical instruments or laboratory equipment
- Strong understanding of laboratory processes and analytical techniques
- Proven track record in B2B technical sales
- Excellent technical troubleshooting abilities

**Essential Skills**
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex scientific instruments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in English and relevant regional languages
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel 50-70% of the time

**Desired Skills**
- Experience with materials testing equipment, thermal analysis, or particle characterization
- Knowledge of ISO standards and laboratory quality
- systems
- Experience in government tender processes
- Additional technical certifications in relevant fields
