- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT hardware and software assets.
- Coordinate with procurement for the purchase of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Track the lifecycle of IT assets from acquisition through retirement.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and IT asset management (ITAM) policies.
- Tag and label IT assets appropriately and update asset management systems.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of IT assets.
