**Responsibilities**:

- **Asset Inventory**: Maintaining a detailed inventory of all company-owned assets, including equipment, tools, vehicles, and machinery.
- **Asset Acquisition**: Evaluating and recommending the purchase of new assets when needed, considering cost, quality, and operational requirements.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**: Ensuring that assets are well-maintained and coordinating repairs or servicing when necessary to maximize their lifespan and efficiency.
- **Depreciation Analysis**: Tracking the depreciation of assets over time and making recommendations for replacement or upgrades as needed.
- **Asset Tracking**: Implementing systems for tracking asset location and utilization to prevent loss or misuse.
- Compliance: Ensuring that assets adhere to safety and environmental regulations, as well as any industry-specific standards.
- **Budget Management**:Managing the budget for asset maintenance, repairs, and replacement, and optimizing costs while maintaining asset performance.
- **Reporting**: Providing regular reports on asset status, maintenance costs, and utilization to upper management.
- **Risk Management**:Identifying and mitigating risks associated with asset ownership and operation, such as insurance coverage and safety measures.
- **Vendor Relations**: Managing relationships with suppliers, service providers, and equipment rental companies.
- **Asset Disposal**: Developing strategies for the disposal or sale of obsolete assets in an environmentally responsible manner.
- **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records, including manuals, warranties, and maintenance histories for all assets.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,619.48 - ₹37,625.00 per month
