As a CRO you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with students and parents, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage & convert leads for versatile Nursing/Engineering/Masters programs in collaboration with renowned Universities/Institutes.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time to concerned.
- Responsible for maintaining customer retention and followup.
- Meet and achieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of

revenue as well as number of enrolments.
- Handle day to day administration of the office like filing of documents ,tele calling, inward receipts, etc.
- Maintain effective communication till the time students are onboard.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
