**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation.
- Craft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and key media outlets.
- Monitor media coverage and manage the company's media presence.
- Organize press conferences, media events, and other PR activities.
- Handle crisis communication and manage any potential PR issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Monitor public opinion and emerging trends to inform PR strategies.
- Prepare and manage the PR budget.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role.
- Strong understanding of media needs and media relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus.
