**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Book and manage appointments with prospective and current clients.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct detailed consultations with prospective leads to understand their learning goals.
- Present and explain Southern Stock Academy’s offerings with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Negotiate effectively and ensure successful closures of sales.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with HR, marketing, and leadership teams to align PR strategies with organizational goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Mid-level proficiency in English.
