**Operations Executive**

**Junosys Networks Pvt. Ltd. Is Hiring for Operations Executive.**

Job Title**:Operation Executive (Female)**
- **Responsibilities**_**:

- Preparations of Quotation, Purchase order etc.
- Vendor and Contract Management.
- Supply-Chain Management.
- Follow-up of Orders, Renewals, Customers and Partners.
- Order Load, Material inward/outward check.
- E-Mail management (Check & Reply)
- Daily reporting.
- Office Maintenance.
- Day-to-day operations handling.
- **Technical Coordination**: Collaborate with technical teams to track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations across departments.
- **Data Management and Reporting**: Create, update, and manage Excel sheets to track operations metrics, performance reports, and project timelines; prepare summary reports for management.
- **Requirements**_**:

- Minimum 6 Month to 1 years of proven experience in the field of operations or back office.
- Bachelor's degree BCA, B. Com. Computers.
- Should expert in computer operating.
- Should have excellent command on MS-OFFICE (Word, Excel)
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and Writing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary range: 10k to 15k

Day Shift: Monday to Saturday (10 a.m to 7 p.m)

Location; Indore

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
