We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and executing day-to-day operations related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance, documentation, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth night-time operations in alignment with regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage EPR-related operational tasks during night hours.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure proper collection, segregation, and disposal processes.
  • Track and verify documentation related to recycling, waste disposal, and compliance certificates.
  • Handle queries and escalations received during the night shift, providing prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant environmental and waste management regulations.
  • Support the audit and inspection processes by preparing necessary documents and reports.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports for the management team.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in EPR operations, waste management, or environmental compliance is preferred.
  • Comfortable working night shifts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
