**We’re Hiring - Operations Executive**

**Location**: Vijay Nagar, Palasia, Indore

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 (In-Hand)

**Position**: 1

**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Operations Executive** to join our team. This role involves handling day-to-day operational tasks, data management, and providing analytical support for business decision-making.

**Requirements**:
Graduate (Any stream)

Minimum 1 year of experience in operations / admin / data management

Strong knowledge of **Advanced Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)

Proficiency in **Canva** for designing reports/presentations/creatives

Ability to develop dashboards and data models

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain accurate data records.
- Create and analyze reports using Advanced Excel.
- Design reports, presentations, and creatives using Canva.
- Develop dashboards and data models for decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
- Provide operational support and process improvement insights.
