**JOB DESCRIPTION - Project Sales - LED Lighting Division - Mumbai**
**1. Achieve growth & sales targets**
❖ To achieve sales targets through corporate, institutional, and long-arm sales personnel ❖ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
❖ To introduce new products & monitor sales of products regularly
❖ To ensure the timely collection of payments
❖ To execute sector-specific sales in the assigned territory
**2. Managing Key accounts**
❖ Network Expansion - New account sign-ups
❖ To maintain and nurture good business relations with clients and dealers
❖ Establish stock/inventory norms with clients per market and ensure stocking levels and replenishment ❖ Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
❖ Ensure account mining, farming, nurturing and negotiating agreements
**3. Competitor Analysis**
❖ To provide market information and feedback on competitor schemes/offerings to internal teams ❖ Collect data from the market about market share, industry growth and consumer preferences
**4. Sales Administration**
❖ To provide product knowledge and on-the-job training to sales personnel
❖ To provide weekly/monthly reports on account movements in the territory
❖ To implement Sales promotion campaigns, product launches, demonstrations, displays etc ❖ Regular visits to corporate
**Requirements**:
❖ Degree in business administration or a related field
❖ Successful previous experience as a Business representative or Business Development manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
❖ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
❖ Strong business sense and industry expertise
❖ Experience - 3-6 yrs
❖ Work Location -Thane - Corporate Office
❖ Product Category - LED Lighting
