**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
✔Develop and formulate innovative skin care, cosmetic, and oral care products.
✔Conduct stability testing, compatibility studies, and performance evaluations.
✔Source and evaluate raw materials for efficacy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
✔Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, quality, and regulatory.
✔Maintain thorough documentation of formulations, test results, and development processes.
✔Troubleshoot formulation issues and propose improvements based on feedback and testing.
✔Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.

**Hard Skills**
✔Proficiency in formulation science for skin care, hair care, color cosmetics, or oral care.
✔In-depth knowledge of raw material functionality, emulsions, surfactants, and preservation systems.
✔Experience with analytical testing methods, lab equipment, and stability protocols.
✔Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (BIS, FDA, EU, etc.) and cosmetic labeling requirements.
✔Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

**Education & Certifications**

✔Additional certifications in Cosmetic Formulation, GMP, or Regulatory Affairs are a plus.

**Preferred Experience**
✔Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in R&D/product development in the cosmetic, personal care, or oral care industry.
✔Experience in a private label or contract manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
✔Proven track record of launching successful products from concept to commercialization.
