Job Responsibilities

Job Role: R&D Trainee Chemist

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Pay scale:

- Rs.18,000/- CTC

**Experience:

- ** 0 To 1 Year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and improving dyes, pigments, and intermediates.
- Conduct laboratory experiments under supervision and record accurate observations.
- Support in product scale-up trials and process optimization at the plant level.
- Maintain proper documentation of experiments, test results, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, SOPs, and lab best practices.
- Assist in quality evaluations of new formulations against industry standards.
- Coordinate with production, QC, and technical teams during product development.
- Stay updated with new trends, technologies, and advancements in the chemical industry.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic / Industrial / Applied Chemistry preferred).
- Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant lab/industry experience.
- Basic understanding of analytical instruments (UV-Vis, FTIR, HPLC, etc.) is an advantage.
- Good observation, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under supervision as well as in a team environment.
