We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented **R&D chemist** to join our team in the chemical industry.
- Location: Ahmedabad (Vatva GIDC)
- Experience: 2.5 - 3.5 years
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemistry
- CTC: ₹2.5 - 3.0 LPA
- Department: R&D | Reports to: R&D Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and develop new chemical formulations.
- Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and final products for quality and consistency.
- Improve existing products and optimize processes for cost-efficiency.
- Perform chemical testing using analytical techniques (chromatography, spectroscopy, etc.).
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and prepare technical documentation.
- Stay updated on chemical advancements and propose innovative solutions.
- Skills & Technical Knowledge:

- Proficiency in lab techniques and analytical instrumentation.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of chemical formulations, reactions, and safety protocols.
- Effective communication and project management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
