**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and development for new dyes intermediates and specialty chemical products.
- Perform laboratory experiments, process optimization, and analysis.
- Support in scale-up activities from lab to pilot plant/production.
- Maintain proper documentation of R&D activities, trials, and results.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and lab protocols.
- 3 to 8 year of hands-on experience in **Dyes Intermediates / Specialty Chemicals R&D**.
- Strong knowledge of organic chemistry and analytical techniques.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
