We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled R&D Chemist to join our Research and Development (R&D) team. As an R&D Chemist, you will be an integral part of our scientific endeavors, contributing to the design, synthesis, and analysis of new chemical compounds and materials. Your work will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, advancing our product development, and contributing to the company's success.

**Responsibilities**:
Chemical Synthesis and Design:Plan, design, and execute experiments to synthesize novel chemical compounds and materials.
Optimize reaction conditions and purification methods to achieve desired product properties.

Analytical Characterization: Utilize a range of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC and other spectroscopic methods to analyze and verify purity of synthesized compounds.
Interpret and communicate analytical data effectively to the R&D team.

Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in chemistry and related fields to contribute to innovative research projects.

Data Collection and Documentation: Record detailed experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately and in a well-organized manner.
Maintain a comprehensive and organized electronic laboratory notebook.

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and address challenges or issues encountered during experimental procedures.
Propose and implement solutions to overcome obstacles and improve experimental outcomes.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing insights, results, and recommendations.
Present findings and updates in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to laboratory safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and reagents.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices for chemical research.

Qualifications:

- B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Chemistry.
- Hands-on experience in organic synthesis, compound purification, and characterization techniques (NMR, IR, UV-Vis, HPLC, GC-MS, etc.).
- Proficiency in scientific data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot experimental challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex data effectively.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in experimental work and documentation.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety practices and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with software tools for data analysis and chemical drawing (e.g., ChemDraw) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹149,869.72 - ₹730,057.39 per year
