Introduction:
Finance Transformation team is responsible for the supporting delivery of Finance-wide transformation agenda in a timely and accurate manner for every release. This involves working closely with Financial Controllers to understand business requirements, analyse the same and translate it into tech design for development. Post development, team performs extensive design testing to check the robustness and supports Financial Control in change adoption and post go-live delivery.

What will you be doing?

Specific responsibilities of team include and are not restricted to:

- Complete ownership of assigned workstreams in the project.
- Work closely with project and governance teams to understand the milestones.
- Liaise with the stakeholders in Finance teams to understand e2e processes and gauge the impact of change from the project releases.
- Normailse the datasets and data attributes from different teams for design development.
- Partner with tech in design explanation and robust testing.
- Train end users with the product for release implementation.
- Support users with the troubleshooting post go-live.
- Ensure robust controls and governance to track health of the release post-delivery.
- Validate the business logic and key workflows on a periodic basis
- Support and respond to ad-hoc data requests

What we’re looking for:

- Qualified Accountant - CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent with relevant experience
- Experience with transformation, project delivery and change management processes.
- Ability to interact with senior staff across multiple jurisdictions in multiple functions
- Strong controls mindset
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and understanding their requirements for effective execution
- Ability to lead teams and motivate staff
- Enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter, proactive and a team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator.
- Desire to provide top quality service to internal stakeholders from different areas of the firm /geographies
- Willingness and ability to take ownership of issues and manage through to a successful resolution.
- Eye for detail and exceptional track record in managing and resolving conflict situations
- Ability to negotiate and influence senior management across the businesses
- Ability to build strong partnerships across the business with excellent stakeholder management
- Analytical and problem solving skills with ability to think outside the box.
