Transaction Execution Work - Independent ownership of transaction execution:- Directly interacting with clients & client representatives, investors/buyers/sellers, and other advisors involved in transactions - Independent preparation of transaction collateral, analysis and insights - Valuation analysis and deal negotiations - Project managing due diligence and documentation till deal closure2.
