As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating sales, promoting products or services, and securing appointments. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and effectively communicate the value proposition of the products or services offered by the company. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database. Introduce products or services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits. Engage in active listening to understand the needs and requirements of customers. Answer questions about products or services and address any concerns or objections. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales performance. Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends. Requirements: Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Good time management and organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
