Job Profile:
We are looking for a tele caller executive who will be responsible for producing sales by

speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone. Their duties include

gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new

products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions. NOT

TARGET BASED JOB

1 ) Strong communications abilities

2) Having firm understanding of products and services the business provides

3) The Capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances

4) Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approach

5)Ability to listen and solve problems

6) Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm

7)Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations

Key area of responsibility:
2) Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand

3) Retaining contact information databases

4) Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the customer

5) Ensure a smooth procedure for the customer by transferring windows of opportunity

to the appropriate department for further action.

**Salary**: ₹144,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
