Sales & Marketing Executive - Freight Forwarding

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the Freight Forwarding industry.
- Learn and understand the customs regulations, import/export processes, and logistics operations within the industry.
- Support the sales team in identifying and targeting potential clients and key accounts, and assist in building strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and brochures, to promote company services and capabilities.
- Participate in market research activities to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs to contribute to effective marketing campaigns.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events alongside the sales team to enhance brand visibility and gain industry knowledge.
- Provide assistance in monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing metrics, and contribute to preparing reports and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to the Freight Forwarding sector.
- Assist in conducting client meetings and presentations to understand their requirements and contribute to identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
