**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Measure quantities from drawings and calculate materials needed.
- Monitor and track costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze project requirements to ensure accurate material take-offs.
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to maintain project budgets.
- Prepare and review tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Assist in negotiating and managing contracts with clients and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and cash flow reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quantity surveying and estimation.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, etc.).
- Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
