**Quantity Surveyor**:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will assess project requirements, prepare cost estimates and collaborate with design team.

**Responsibilities**

Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for materials and equipment required for the projects.

Detailed drawings

Prepare quotation to the customer.

Collaborate with design team to identify and evaluate cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality.

Review and Analyze quotations and make recommendations to the project team.

Create and maintain accurate project budget, monitoring cost throughout the project life cycle.

Provide cost report to the stake holders

**Qualifications**

BE/B-Tech - Civil Engineering

Experience - 5+ Years

Location - Cochin, Kerala

Note -Experience in construction and Building Industry would be an advantage
