_**Job Overview**:_

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the cost and financial management of construction projects. Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager, your responsibilities will include cost estimation, procurement assistance, and contributing to the overall financial success of the projects.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**Cost Estimation**:
Assist in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.

Collaborate with senior team members to analyze and evaluate tenders, ensuring alignment with project requirements and budget constraints.

**Cost Control**:
Monitor project costs under the guidance of senior team members, identifying and addressing any budgetary deviations.

Support the implementation of cost control measures and strategies.

**Procurement Support**:
Assist in the procurement process by contributing to the preparation and analysis of tender documents.

Support the evaluation and negotiation of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

**Financial Management**:
Provide support in preparing financial reports, progress reports, and cost forecasts.

Contribute to cost audits to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

**Risk Management**:
Assist in identifying and assessing potential risks related to project costs.

Contribute to the development of strategies to mitigate risks and minimize financial impact.

**Documentation**:
Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate and detailed records of all cost-related aspects of the project.

Assist in the preparation and submission of progress claims and invoices.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree (BTech) or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a Quantity Surveyor role or a similar position in the construction industry.

Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and processes.

Proficiency in using relevant software for cost estimation and project management.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Experience**:
Demonstrated experience in supporting cost estimation, cost control, and procurement processes.

Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry standards.

Previous exposure to construction project financial management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
