We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution and management of construction projects.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.

2. Quantity Take-offs: Perform detailed quantity take-offs for materials, labour, and equipment to support cost estimates and project planning.

3. BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Preparation :Take the lead in preparing detailed BOQs for interior fit out projects, considering all relevant elements and specifications.

4.Quantity Auditing: Perform detailed quantity take-offs and audits to ensure accurate measurement and estimation of required materials and resources.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

2..Strong knowledge of construction cost estimating, budgeting, and contract administration.

3.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

4.Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

5.Experience in BOQ preparation &Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically with interior fit out projects

6.Experience with Reliance, Tata, Landmark Group, Ethnicity Ltd., Future Group, and Ujjivan Bank vendors in related projects is beneficial

7. Willing to site related travel

Education : Btech civil engineering

Experience : Total work 2 years.
