The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for controlling and managing project costs, preparing Bills Of Quantities (BOQ), and cost planning and reporting. Daily tasks include cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting for landscape architecture projects.QualificationsCost Control, Cost Management skillsExperience in BOQ preparation and Cost PlanningProficient in Cost ReportingStrong analytical and numerical skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentBachelor's degree/diploma in Civil EngineeringExperience in landscape architecture or construction projects is a plus
